Noble Bean Tempeh (organic)

Product Description

340g block of organic, gluten-free tempeh from Noble Bean. 

Tempeh is comparable to chicken in terms of quantity and quality of protein but with zero cholesterol. It’s a complete protein, containing all of the essential amino acids.

How to use it: Cut the tempeh into thin slices and marinate it. Then pan fry it to a golden brown colour. Enjoy it as a replacement for bacon, or in sandwiches and salads. You can also crumble it and cook it like ground meat for tacos or pasta sauces.

Frozen product. Thaw before using.
