Glazed Lentil Loaf
Product Description
Perfect comfort food for holiday meals and Sunday dinners, and/or for accommodating plant-based guests. A meat-free "meat" loaf made with lentils for protein!
Gluten-free. 2 servings.
Ingredients: brown lentils, onion, carrot, celery, oats, gluten-free flour (brown rice flour, tapioca starch, chickpea flour, guar gum), flax seeds (ground), water, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, ketchup, garlic, spices, sea salt.
Frozen product. Thaw first, remove lid and cover with tinfoil. Bake at 400 until hot throughout (about 30 minutes).
