BBQ Tempeh Ribs with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

A classic meat and potatoes meal - done vegan! Juicy marinated tempeh "ribs" with garlic mashed potatoes, peas and corn.  

Ingredients: marinated tempeh "ribs" (fermented soy beans, vegan and gluten-free BBQ sauce), potatoes, peas, corn, vegan margarine, garlic, salt.

1 serving. Fully Cooked. Frozen product. Gluten-free.

Thaw first, remove the lid and cover with tinfoil. Bake at 350 until hot throughout (approximately 25-30 mins). You can also heat it in the microwave - transfer to a microwave safe container first!
