Cashew Brothers Ice Cream

500ml tub of locally made, vegan ice cream. Cashew Brothers make this delicious frozen dessert in Bayfield Nova Scotia. It's smooth and creamy, and a little softer than your average ice cream in a tub - more like soft serve! Flavours change regularly, here's our current selection:

Choose your flavour: Pistachio, Cookies and Cream, or Vanilla

Ingredients:

Pistachio:

cashew base (water, cashews), sugars (invert sugar, glucose syrup), coconut milk, coconut oil, pistachios, cocoa butter, almond extract (alcohol, oil of bitter almond), guar gum, spirulina, turmeric, salt, citric acid. 

Cookies and Cream: 

cashew base (water, cashews), sugars (invert sugar, glucose syrup), coconut milk, coconut oil, cookies (wheat flour, sugar, modified palm oil, vegetable oil, cocoa, glucose-fructose, wheat and/or corn starch, salt, soy lecithin, baking soda, ammonium bicarbonate, unsweetened chocolate, artificial flavour), cocoa butter, guar gum, salt, citric acid. 

Vanilla:

cashew base (water, cashews), sugars (invert sugar, glucose syrup), coconut milk, coconut oil, artificial vanilla extract (water, alcohol, caramel colour, artificial flavour), cocoa butter, guar gum, salt, citric acid.
